How far in advance should we book?
For full-scale productions we recommend 4–6 months. Tribute events and intimate ceremonies can often be produced in 8–12 weeks. Reach out early — we'll tell you honestly whether the timeline is realistic.
Do you work outside of Florida?
Yes. Our home is South Florida, but we travel for the right story. We've supported events across the Southeast and consult nationally on legacy and civic programs.
What's the typical investment?
Every production is scoped to the moment. Civic ceremonies, tribute events, and gala productions each carry distinct budgets — we publish honest ranges in the first conversation.
Can you handle the entire production?
Yes. From save-the-date design through final documentary edit, we operate as a single accountable studio. You attend the event you've envisioned; we run the room.
